We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order to avoid any delays.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Standard Shipping: AED 20, Delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: On orders over AED 200.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your new Hydrix Bottle until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Delays

Hydrix is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural, uncontrollable or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that these delays are beyond our control.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG/INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Hydrix will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong/incomplete shipping addresses. Please make sure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please fill out the Contact Us form and make sure to mention the order number in the comment section.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
