Hydrix Built-to-Last Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty

Hydrix Bottles carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Hydrix will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when and if available.

Hydrix Built-to-Satisfy Warranty: 1 Year Warranty

Hydrix Accessories carry a One-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Hydrix will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

Warranty claims will only be approved by Hydrix if the product was purchased from Hydrix Online Shop. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Hydrix product, as limited by or subject to applicable law.

You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have product returned if you send the product to us.

Please contact us if you ordered your products from www.hydrix.shop and it has arrived damaged. If you use your products, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.

The limited warranty provided by Hydrix only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Hydrix products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:
